Specific client engagements are governed by their individual proposals or contracts, which take precedence over these terms where they differ.

Ownova provides AI automation consulting and implementation: AI integration, process automation, data analytics, and cloud solutions. Deliverables, timelines, and fees for client work are defined per engagement in writing.

• The tools at tools.ownova.org are provided free of charge and run entirely in your browser; your files are not uploaded to us.
• They are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Always keep a copy of your original files — we are not responsible for data loss resulting from compression, conversion, or background removal.
• You may only process files you own or are authorised to process, and you remain responsible for the content of your files.

You agree not to:

• attack, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website,
• use the website or tools for unlawful purposes or to process unlawful content,
• scrape or bulk-download the website beyond ordinary search-engine indexing,
• misrepresent an affiliation with Ownova.

The website, its design, text, graphics, and branding are owned by Ownova. You keep all rights to files you process with our tools and to materials you provide during an engagement. Rights to deliverables created for a client are set out in the individual engagement contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content on the website is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ownova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the website or free tools.
